The Finnish company Nokia has recently announced several mobile phones destined for the Chinese market, and is preparing for at least one model. It is denoted by the Nokia 6316 slide subscript and has now passed the certification of Bluetooth SIG organization.
6316 slide mobile phone, as indicated by the subscript Nokia 6316s, 6316s-1 and RM-595, is executed in a slider form factor with a typical for the Finnish manufacturer’s design. This unit supports standard networks CDMA2000 1x/EV-DO, but, judging by the logo on the case, is intended for the Chinese China Telecom cellular operator.
Bluetooth SIG Organization reveals virtually no technical specifications of the Nokia 6316 slide, indicating only that it is equipped with a module BT v2.1 DER with support for standard protocols. However, with great probability, one could argue that this model belongs to the budget class, and therefore has simple parameters.
Nokia 6316 slide will be sold not only in China but also in Africa and South America.
