Nokia is very serious about its Lumia line as the handsets of this line helped Nokia win back its title. I guess you understand how powerful they are, otherwise Nokia would remain at the bottom. But those horrible times are in the past and now the company continues surprising the smartphone world with its products. It refers not only to the specs list of the devices, but also to Nokia’s price policy. Now the roads lead to the UK, where a local retailer, Clove cuts the Nokia Lumia 800’s price by £40 in frames of Nokia’s LovemeKeepme campaign.

At first the retailer set a £369 (£442.80 with VAT) price tag for the Lumia 800, but a few days later Clove dropped it to £332.50 (£399.00 with VAT). The current price of the handset is very affordable taking into account  its popularity and the features it sports.

All in all, this is not a surprising move, because when the company announced the Lumia 900 at CES 2012, it also mentioned this handset would have an impact on the prices of the rest of the line. And we have no reason not to agree with them, because the Nokia Lumia 900 has long-term and wide-scale goals, thus its price policy will be more comprehensive and influential.
