Google Trends is a good tool. It helps see how often a keyword was searched among the searches worldwide and in which languages. Afterwards it shows detailed graphs to see what actually is happening in the world, who looks for what and when and how. This information is not there just for its beauty, it can become a strong advertising or non-advertising tool by itself for sure. It is not used by tech geeks wearing big square glasses in sterile labs, no, Google Trends now is a public tool for all web surfers with various interests.

Apparently this was the case when somebody announced the Nokia Lumia 800 is losing its attraction among the general public, and is on the track of vanishing from the scene. It is true the Lumia 800 graph showed fewer searches for it during last 6 days, but is that a reason to tell the device is dead? Moreover, it is a ridiculous thing to tell that, and apparently is meant to blacken the Lumia 800 image. But let’s consider the sale figures — they say the Lumia 800 continues to be sold in great volumes in the UK, in the Netherlands, in France and in some countries is even more popular than Apple’s iPhone 4S.

Let’s now wait until the Lumia 800 is launched worldwide, and then continue the topic.
