Well you can really be tired of reading how well the Nokia Lumia 800 is doing in Europe and who knows where else. To the most of Europeans, it is enough when the smartphone has such gorgeous looks, such gorgeous apps, such gorgeous marketing and so on, but to the average Japanese it is definitely not enough. The average Japanese looks much deeper into the device; he/she must find the intrigue of the device, the hidden scheme. A Geek needs to penetrate into the very essence of the device, to examine its interior, to feel its pulse, to understand how it works and operates thoroughly.

Therefore it is not surprising to find out that the Japanese website nanapho.jp has published an article stating it has discovered Nokia’s diagnostic supports tests for LTE and CDMA. The testing application interface contains options for LTE TX, TE Band Lock, MMS. LTE TX interface has fields for Server Name, Seconds to Send entries, Connect and Start Test buttons. The LTE Band Lock lets the user select the LTE band. It has Band 4 and Band 17 option, which suggest that this can be used by AT&T carrier.
Previously it was reported that nanapho has discovered the Nokia Lumia 800 has no gyroscope, whatever that means. Now it is more probable that Nokia plans to cooperate with AT&T first in its venture on the US territory.
