Nokia has announced a new version of the model 5530 – Nokia 5330 Mobile TV Edition. Device supports quadband GSM / EDGE bands and five ranges 3G. The model is equipped with a 2.4-inch QVGA-resolution screen that displays 16 777 216 colors. The main purpose of the display, apparently, is the ability to view mobile TV (DVB-H). Today it is not yet so important, but it is expected that in 2012 mobile TV services will benefit more than 300 million people worldwide.
Traditionally for the Nokia, the phone is equipped with a 3.5-mm jack for headphones, also has a 3.2-megapixel camera with four-time digital zoom and flash LED.
There are also GPS-receiver with A-GPS and preinstalled Nokia Maps application and FM-radio with RDS. Bluetooth 2.1 is provided with stereoprofilem A2DP. Approximate price of the Nokia 5330 Mobile TV Edition is 155 euros, but there is nothing reported about the time of the release of the device.
