Nokia 6600 Fold has the opportunity to open by pressing the button on the sidebar. The process is carried out with the help of magnets, as well as in the Motorola PEBL. In addition to this key, there are no other controls on the outside of the phone. Nokia 6600 Fold has a Micro-USB connector in order to connect a wired headset or synchronize with your PC. The phone has a 15 MB of internal memory, which, however, can be easily increased by several orders of magnitude. Nokia 6600 Fold supports microSD up to 4 GB. On the inner side there is an extra video camera, which is made for videoconferencing in 3G networks. The quality of communication is traditionally good, like in most models of Nokia, but the speakers could be louder. Based on the user feedback, an insufficient volume is the most significant drawback of Nokia 6600 Fold. Nokia has a 6600 Li-ion battery; according to documentation it can provide up to 300 hours of standby time and up to 4 hours of talk time. Wireless interfaces, in addition to GSM 900/1800/1900 and 3G, are WAP 2.0, GPRS, EDGE and Bluetooth 2.0. Interface and set of applications of Nokia 6600 are standard for models based on the S40 platform. According to some observers, the price of the Nokia 6600 Fold is somewhat high when compared with its competitors. But, ultimately, it all depends on your preferences, as Nokia 6600 Fold has been released to the market long ago and, judging by the statistics, the model has found quite a lot of users.
