The Nokia E7 was first announced last September, and after several months, in February, it became available in some European countries. Now the long-awaited smartphone has at last arrives to the U.S.!

The Nokia E7 is positioned as an ultimate business smartphone that will give you an easy access to e-mail; it will also make your work with office documents and PDF files much easier, give you fast and secure access to intranet and be helpful in many other daily tasks. The smartphone runs on Symbian^3 OS; it has a 4 inch touchscreen based on the ClearBlack technology that improves the outdoor visibility, a slide-out QWERTY keyboard and a 8 MP camera with dual LED flash that can take high-resolution photos and HD videos.
The Nokia USA online shop sells it for $679 now, but Amazon offers it a bit cheaper – for $649. Maybe the price is a bit high, but the Nokia E7 seems to be a really cool phone, so maybe it’s worth it? Anyway, it’s up to you to decide.
As for the release of the Nokia E7 in other countries, the smartphone is already available in the Philippines. The pre-orders started in Europe (in Sweden and Finland, to be precise) long ago, in the middle of January. As for the UK, the smartphone was to arrive in the first quarter of 2011, or even earlier, in the end of 2010. Several days ago it at last became available for pre-order from the Nokia E7 page.
There is no information about other markets yet, but let’s hope they’ll also get this business smartphone soon enough.
