Nokia Beta Labs has developed an application called Nokia Feel. It is only a beta version now. This application is compatible with smartphones based on the Symbian operating system, equipped with touch screen.

Its meaning is that the user can “tell” his mobile friend about his feelings and get appropriate advice. It looks as follows: on the screen is displayed a list of mental states, from which the user can select the most appropriate to his mood: happiness, loneliness, hunger, energy, boredom, creative impulse, and so on.

After the smartphone “learns” what its owner feels, it immediately gives advice. For example, a user in creative mood will be encouraged to write a story, draw a picture or make a contribution to the development of Wikipedia. Thus, the smartphone can become a friendly adviser to the owner and help in difficult moments. You can already download Nokia Feel for free at Nokia Beta Labs.
