Beginning designers Daniel Kwast, Whiskey Mueller and Karl Dahr from Danish Designskolen Kolding design school, have developed Nokia Frame – an interesting and promising concept. The company is constantly and actively seeking new ideas for its future development, because this and a number of other concepts were launched by Nokia.
The designers say that Nokia Frame demonstrates incredible features and a fantastic future, which can provide the updated Symbian OS operating system. The concept relies fully on the augmentation of reality with which the performance of traditional “phone” functions and exchange data with other phones or mobile devices is incredibly simple with the use of drag-n-drop technology.
In particular, it is assumed that in order to transfer the file to another mobile phone, one needs to only drag the virtual image file on a real phone, visible through the transparent glass of Nokia Frame. Other actions, performed with the help of this phone, are made on the same, intuitively understandable level.
