The Nokia Lumia 920 will become Nokia’s flagship thanks to high-end features but those who want to own a more affordable Windows Phone 8 smartphone should take a look at the Nokia Lumia 820. The latter was announced yesterday at Nokia’s special event organized with Microsoft in New York.

The Nokia Lumia 820 sports a 4.3-inch WVGA touchscreen with ClearBlack Display, a 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor paired with 1GB of RAM, an 8MP camera on the back with dual-LED flash and Carl Zeiss optics and no PureView support, a VGA camera on the front, a 1650mAh battery, 8GB built-in memory, microSD card slot, 7GB of free SkyDrive storage, LTE, HSPA+, NFC and Windows Phone 8. At the end, its screen supports that super sensitive technology allowing users to access the phone even wearing gloves.

The Nokia Lumia 820 will come in six colors – red, yellow, grey, cyan, purple, white and black. The back panel is replaceable. Add wireless charging capability to all the above mentioned features, and you’ll get a solid mid-range handset with many amazing specs.
