Nokia N900 Based On Android 2.2?

One of the most popular devices from Nokia- Nokia N900 was rumored to be the first device running Maemo operating system and at the end it turned out to be just fake news. And then the actual device appeared based on Android 2.1 OS, while this not the all. As we all know Android 2.1 operating system is not giving you a chance to use all of the pleasure of being an Android user.

That’s the main reason why now the operating system of the device is going to be updated to the version of Android 2.2 Froyo. This means that the users will be able to use all of the possible cellular data.

Does this mean that we should forget about Maemo operating system. Well, not necessarily, as we all know that it might be coming as a competitor of the first, but will be a strong enough competitor?
