The sales of the smartphone Nokia N97 Mini will soon start in Canada. The price of the device will please the local fans of Symbian OS – just 100 Canadian dollars. However, to get the novelty with its “delicious” price, you need to sign 3-year maintenance contract with Rogers mobile operator. Remarkably, 2-year contract increases the cost of the phone to 399.99, and 1-year up to 499.99 Canadian dollars.

Nokia N97 Mini is the second touchscreen smartphone based on Symbian (the first one is 5800, which now costs $ 49.99 with a contract) for users of Rogers. Among the equipped items of the device we can name a 3.2-inch display with a resolution of 360 x 640 pixels, a full QWERTY keyboard, Ovi Maps with free navigation, Wi-Fi, 3.5-mm headphone jack, a 5 megapixel camera with autofocus and 8 GB of internal memory for the data storage.
In addition to this we should mention that the sales of Nokia E72 (operator Telus) and Nokia X6 (operator unknown) will also start soon in Canada.
