Design

The Nokia C6’s screen isn’t tilt and is larger than N97′s, the front of the phone is glassy, but the back is made of smooth matte plastic. Though this is not a high-end smartphone and is designed for mass market, many users don’t expect that such a phone would have a plastic as its main component.

Qt is an original framework and developing apps based on it can be easily used by the both operating systems. This means the improvement of Symbian and MeeGo OSs will rely on the framework, and Nokia brings Qt to the front of its plans. Can we also assume that Nokia doesn’t resume Symbian^4 development?

The Symbian^3 is not a good enough platform for such phone as Nokia N8, because its sports such features as high-end smartphones come with. But we will wait for Symbian^4 hoping it will bring better experience.

In addition, this phone is the upgraded version of Nokia C6. Though there are many differences between these phones, the prices don’t differ much. C6-01 costs around 279EUR while the C6-00 – 220EUR.
