The first shots of Nokia C6-01 appeared in the network already in late July. And today they are being followdd by a few qualitive pics of the upcoming new item. At the same time while some of the critics announced it to be too similar with C6, while in reality it’s not.

C6-01 is equipped with 8-megapixel camera with dual LED flash (instead of the 5-megapixel camera which was present at the previous model ). Another change seems to have touched the operating system: while C6 is running Symbian ^ 1, C6-01 can be supported by Symbian ^ 3. It is assumed that the new smartphone will be presented at the Nokia World annual event which will take place on September 14 – 15. It is expected that at the same time it will be joined by the newest model Nokia C7.

Another new company went on sale in the territory of Russia.

Currently you can buy a phone in Moscow in the flagship store on Tverskaya Street, as well as the online store at Nokia n-store.ru. Recommended cost of the phone is 12990 rubles.

This device is another gadget of the budget line. Nokia C6 is a hybrid flagship of N-series Nokia N97 and Nokia 5230 music touchphone XPressMusic. From the N97 it got the form factor of QWERTY-slider, from 5230 – designed front panel and, in general, all the “insides” (except for the 5megapixel camera). The model C6 is certainly attractive, especially in a completely new black enclosure, but too similar to the 5230. Definitely, this is not a potential hit of sales as Nokia is an attempt to master new horizons.

Only recently Nokia started the sales of the brandy Nokia C6 device and now it’s already in the U.K. The unlocked price of the device in the Nokia’s UK  online store goes up to £289, while in case of getting is pay as you go you can get it for only £229. The price offers  for this side-sliding  QWERTY- device are simply charming!

Recall the main specs of the device we should mention its 3.2 inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 360 X 640, 5 megapixel camera with autofocus and LED flash + VGA video recording opportunity at 30fps. Nokia is trying to push up the market while making its devices more and more useful. This time the modification has to do with one of the popular devices Nokia C6. It’s having a successor in a form of a Nokia C6-01.

Recall the specs of Nokia C6 we should mention that the device was equipped with a 5 megapixel camera supporting LED flash, while the recent modification is equipped with a better camera- 8 megapixel with a support of dual-LED.

As for the overall appearance the device look simply alike. That’s why we can say that Nokia C6-01 is equipped with a 3.2″ touchscreen, slide-out keyboard, Wi-Fi, GPS and much more.

Feels like the model-naming of the devices from Nokia gets even more confusing.

The new version of Oxygen Phone Manager has been released, which is intended to control the mobile content from the computer. The owners of Nokia phones will be able to use the program.

Last month, Nokia announced three phones for modern communications – Nokia C3, Nokia C6 and Nokia E5. Each of them offers QWERTY-keyboard. The producer called the E5 the follower of E63, E71, E72 and announced that its sales will start in the third quarter of 2010. But apparently, the Chinese users have received the smartphone earlier.

According to Chinese media, Nokia E5-00 has been noticed in one of the electronic stores. The features correspond to  the announcements, and therefore the likelihood that the photos represent an ordinary model of it is low. Let us remind that E5 is equipped with a 2.4 inch display, 256 MB RAM, 512 MB RAM, a 5 megapixel camera, GPS, Wi-Fi, microSD, 600 MHz processor.

The first Chinese devices of E5 will cost 2,999 yuan ($ 441).

Last month, in addition to Nokia C3 and Nokia E5 with QWERTY-keyboard, the Finnish manufacturer has introduced Nokia C6. It is based on Series 60 5th Edition and has absorbed much from N900 and N97. Nokia C6 will be available in two colors – black and white. Below is a selection of photos of black C6. It seems to look less impressive than the white one.

Anyways Nokia considers the C6 to be an available smartphone for communication. However, the phone includes small number of applications in this segment – not all manufacturers pay attention to touch QWERTY-solutions.

Only a week ago Nokia introduced three new devices: Nokia C6, Nokia C3 and Nokia E5. At that time we published the official pictures of devices, but now the first “live” photos of the new Nokia smartphones, as well as videos of them have appeared in the network.

Among the three represented models the most interesting one is the side-slider Nokia C6, running Symbian 9.4 operating system. The smartphone is equipped with a 3.2-inch display with a resolution of 360×640 pixels, HSDPA, GPS, Wi-Fi, a 5-megapixel camera with autofocus, as well as Nokia Ovi Maps free navigation.

It should be noted that Nokia C6 will be on sale in the current quarter, it will cost approximately 220 euros. The device will be available in white and black colors.

Nokia E5 is a business-smartphone, based on Symbian 9.3 operating system, is equipped with the ARM 11 processor (600 MHz). The most significant features of the device include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.0 (+ EDR), a 3.5 mm audio jack, a 5-megapixel camera and more. This novelty is equipped with a horizontally oriented display and a QWERTY-keyboard.

The third device – Nokia C3 is built on S40. The model, like the other two new devices mentioned above, focuses on sociable users. Nokia C3 contains Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, QWERTY-keyboard, and a 2 megapixel camera.

At the beginning of last week Nokia presented three phones with QWERTY keyboard – Nokia C3, Nokia C6 and Nokia E5. All of them are interesting in their own way and should appeal to different categories of mobile buyers.

Nokia C6 will appear in mobile markets around the world in the third quarter of the year and will cost about €220. It will be equipped with a sliding QWERTY-keyboard and a touch screen with a diagonal of 3.2 inches, a 5 megapixel camera, GPS-navigation, wireless communication via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. The device will be based on Symbian ^ 1 platform.
