There was a time when no company could be compared with Nokia and it was the absolute leader in the mobile market. Now, when the company is losing its market share during the last years, many analytics thought its new CEO and the newest smartphones in face of the N8, E7, C6 and others, will raise the company’s positions. These Symbian^3 based devices get the most pre-orders ever in the history of the company.

Though no official details are known about the Nokia N8’s orders amount, but we are going to think the words are about millions. We could expect it, as there are more than 100 key operators worldwide in over 40 countries which were and are glad to offer Nokia phones to their users.

The long awaited Nokia N8 is now available for pre-order in Europe. The price of this new smartphone ranges from 459 to 479 EUR: so in Italy it will cost 469EUR, In France – 459EUR, in Germany – 479EUR, and in the USA its price will be about $549. The price differences are caused by different tax rates  in the countries. Smartphone users in these countries now can pre-order and reserve one of Nokia’s new smartphones for themselves. And be sure, many will do it. Of course, the price of Nokia N8 is higher than it has been expected.
