Finally the Nokia Lumia 800 will be available in Canada. The handset will be capable of supporting GSM: 850/900/1800/1900 MHz and HSPA/WCDMA: 850/900/1900/2100 MHz bands.
The novelty will cost the locals $689 CAD (around $682). This is the price of the model’s unlocked version.

The device will be available only in black color. Well, black is not that bad, though let’s admit the cyan and magenta versions of the model look way more attractive.
To get the handset you need to visit NCIX website and place an order. NCIX deal is valid only until December 14, so you need to hurry to get the device at such a cheap price, otherwise you will be required to pay $50 more for the handset.
The handset comes unlocked! It means the U.S. customers, who reside close to the border can get the handset and have a connection with AT&T. In this case they will be able to use the carrier’s HSPA+ connectivity.
The device is promised to come to the U.S. only next year, but there’s a chance in the U.S. the Lumia 800 will cost slightly less than in Canada. So don’t you think it’s better to wait for a month or two?
